The time has not passed when people reacted to a word “anabolics” or even “protein” inadequately. Sometimes it even comes to a situation when sportsmen associate the expression of “sports meal” with something criminal. One group thinks that this is a synonym to steroids, other think that this means anabolics, third group – proteins. For many people such concepts as “sports meal” and “proteins” designate the same. What is the reason for it?
The answer is simple and unequivocal – these people are just unaware of the meanings of these notions. In this article I will try to explain what notions stand for anabilics, for steroids and proteins.
First of all I’ll draw up a scientific notion of Anabolism. Anabolism (the synthesis) – is a set of chemical processes in the live organism, directed to formation and updating of structural parts of cells and tissues, consists in synthesis of complex molecules from more simple ones with accumulation of energy. In more simple words, anabolism is a process of new tissues construction to what we aspire to increase.
Hence follows the logic conclusion – anabolics are substances which incline this or that tissue to anabolism. For example, for a fatty tissue – anabolics are bakery products, fat food, a passive way of life. Further we will get down to the muscles issue of anabolism.
